Zahir Haddad
Founder | Capital Project Controls & Data Intelligence
Zahir Haddad is a capital project controls professional with experience spanning field execution through to corporate project intelligence. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management and API certifications in API 653, 510, and 570.
Since 2007, he has worked across NDE, QA/QC, Project Controls, and capital project performance roles, supporting major operators including TotalEnergies, Shell, Cheniere LNG, and Motiva. His work has covered both field execution environments and corporate-level project delivery systems.
While supporting Motiva’s Port Arthur Manufacturing Complex, the Site Capital Projects organization achieved first place in IPA global benchmarking, recognized as Best Site across multiple performance categories.
This end-to-end exposure allows him to bridge the gap between execution, data, and decision-making.
Zahir specializes in integrating project execution systems and data into unified, decision-ready environments. His focus is on identifying the drivers of cost, schedule, and performance risk, not just reporting outcomes.
